What is the warranty policy on electric sports equipment?
All KuKirin products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects on the frame, motor, and battery.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
Are KuKirin products water-resistant for outdoor use?
Most of our electric scooters carry an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against splashes and light rain, though they should not be submerged or used in heavy downpours.
